Warranty Terms & Conditions
When purchasing a tool, please ensure that the warranty card in the user manual has been fully completed.
lf you purchase online, the warranty card may not be filled out. In this case, we strongly recommend that you print and keep the sales receipt (invoice) to confirm the purchase date and present it when contacting an authorized service center.
1. Warranty Certificate
This warranty certificate is the only valid document entitling you to free warranty service. Without this certificate, no claims will be accepted.
Lost or damaged warranty certificates will not be reissued.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for OnePower series power tools, chargers, and batteries is 12 months from the date of sale.
During the warranty period, the after-sales service department will eliminate manufacturing defects free of charge and replace parts damaged due to manufacturer fault.
During the warranty period:
Replacement tools of equivalent functionality will not be provided. Replaced parts become the property of the service department.
P.I.T. is not responsible for any damage caused during the use of power tools.
3. Conditions for Warranty Service
The tool must be submitted for warranty repair in a clean condition and accompanied by properly completed and signed documentation, including:
This warranty certificate
A correctly completed warranty card
The seller's stamp
The buyer's signature

4. Warranty Service is NOT Provided in the Following Cases
Absence of a warranty certificate or warranty card, or if they are completed incorrectly;
Simultaneous failure of the motor armature and stator, burnt or melted primary windings of transformers in welding machines, chargers, or starter chargers; melting of internal components; burned electronic boards;
lf the warranty certificate or coupon does not correspond to this power tool or does not match the supplier's sample;
Expiration of the warranty period;
Unauthorized opening or repair of the power tool during the warranty period;
Design modifications or lubrication performed during the warranty period, including deformation of splines on main fastening components;
Use of the power tool for production or profigenerating purposes, or failures caused by unstable power supply parameters exceeding GOST standards;
lmproper use (using the tool for purposes other than intended, installing accessories or attachments not npeaycMotped by the manufacturer); Mechanical damage to the housing or power cord; damage caused by exposure to corrosive substances, extreme temperatures, foreign objects entering ventilation openings, or improper storage (including corrosion of metal parts);
Natural wear of parts due to long-term use (including complete or partial depletion of service life, heavy contamination, internal or external rust, depletion of gearbox lubrication, etc.);
Use of the tool for purposes not specified in the operating instructions; Mechanical damage to the tool;
Damage caused by failure to comply with operating conditions specified in the manual (see the "Safety Instructions" section);
Damage caused by violation of storage and transportation rules.
Preventive maintenance during the warranty period (cleaning, washing, lubrication, replacement of dust seals, pistons, and sealing rings) is a paid service.
5. Warranty Does NOT Cover
Consumable and replaceable accessories, including but not limited to:
discs, blades, dll bis, augers, chucks, chains, sprockets, cllets, tres, tensioning and fastening elements, rimming heads, sanding and belt sander base plates, filters, hex bits, and other replaceable accessories.
Wear parts, such as:
Cabon brushes, drive blis seals, protective covers, guide rollers, guide rails, rubber seals, bearings, toothed belts and gears, drums, brake bands, ratchets, starter cables, piston rings, etc.
Replacement of these parts during the warranty period is a paid service.
Power cords:
lf the insulation is damaged, the power cord must be replaced compulsorily without the owner's consent. This replacement, including work involving the tool body, is a paid service.
